your natural intelligence

At any moment, the smartest thing in the room is the intelligence within our bodies.
We need to let it drop from the crowded spaces in our heads and move through like any fluid does.
When we start cultivating this understanding and deepening into this intelligence, we become more attentive towards ourselves and the world around us.
Tuning into our embodied intelligence supports us to use a much wider capacity of our sensing abilities and truly helps us to bring sense-making back to the senses where it belongs.
When we begin approaching our whole body as the natural reorganiser and problem-resolver instead of looking for the solutions from the bank of acquired knowledge in our brains, we might be delighted to find more organic, resourceful and sustainable ways of dealing with the issues at hand.
This kind of sustainability is not an idea or an ideal, but an embodied reality.
The intelligence within our bodies has evolved together with nature and it is indeed nature we embody that is calling for this reconnection. It is not about learning a new skill, it is an invitation to remember what is already there.
When we deepen into the presence called life humming in our bloodstream, we are reminded of where we come from and how that original home still lives within us. All of us carry the potential to be less scattered, more connected, more at ease with life’s offerings.
It all begins with noticing and listening, with you meeting your whole self.
It begins with meeting this embodied life.
