SUBTILE MATTER is that which is corporeal and temporal, substance that is raw and impenetrable: a body finite revealing the breakable form of the form and the formless. Ocillating between actuality and possibility and only ever occuring in terms of another, it becomes thinking, listening, imagining, remembering, in a constant reinvention of itself.
